BSUMC Youth Weekly Update 11/11/11

Happy Eleven Eleven Eleven Day!  It only happens once a century!

Here are this weeks important announcements:

THE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR WARMTH IN WINTER IS THIS WEDNESDAY, NOV. 16!  Youth need both the BSUMC permission form and the "Young People's Ministry Event Registration form.  Both are available at the Youth Ministries Display in Triplett Hall. 

Second Saturday Service Project - We will be working on the Disc Golf Course at Johnston Woods on Saturday, November 12 from 9am-12pm.  Bring a shovel and work gloves.  Lunch will be provided for all the youth workers.

N*Light*N Retreat is this weekend at Johnston Woods.  Meet at Hurt Lodge at 1pm.  Pick up will be at church following the 10:45 services. 

During Sunday school this week, youth will help to clear out the furniture in preparation for the arrival of our overnight guests from Family Promise.  There's still time to BRING-A-BOOK!

Next week, Nov. 20 - GLOW meets at 4pm - Youth who are writing video segments should bring them at that time.  All 7th-8th grade youth are invited to attend.  

High school small groups meet next week as well - Boys at 4pm at Alex Everley's House.  Girls at 6:30pm at Sheryl Bacon's house.  Contact me for directions to either location.
